Our Delivery Partners

To ensure that HAIART jewelry reaches you safely and quickly, we collaborate with trusted courier partners, with Sameday being our main delivery partner.

Although Sameday is our preferred partner, we reserve the right to use other express courier services (at no additional cost to the customer) to optimize delivery time, depending on the destination.

Delivery Terms

The delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is shipped from our workshop.

Standard Delivery Time: 24 – 48 business hours from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.
Speed: Over 90% of our packages are delivered within 24 business hours of shipment.

Important Note: This term includes the time required to process and prepare the order (creation, packaging and delivery to the courier). If the product is not already in stock (for example, it is made to order), this time may vary; detailed information will be provided on the product page or in the order confirmation email.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are fixed, regardless of the destination in Romania, and are added to the value of the ordered products.

Sameday Easybox	Delivery to an automated locker. You will receive a notification and a QR code to pick up the package from the selected Easybox.	10 RON
Delivery to Address	Direct delivery to the specified address, carried out by a courier.	15 RON

Additional Information

Order Tracking (AWB): As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email that includes the AWB (shipping document) number . You can use it to track the delivery status on the courier's website.
Correct Address: Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address and phone number to avoid delays caused by the courier.
Delays: HAIART is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, adverse weather conditions or peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, public holidays), situations in which standard delivery times may be extended.
