Warranty and Maintenance Instructions for HAIART Jewelry

At HAIART , we are dedicated to creating high-quality, handcrafted jewelry that is designed to last and bring joy. To ensure you enjoy our products for the longest possible time, please review the information below.

1. Quality of Materials and Handcraftsmanship

HAIART jewelry is handmade, with meticulous attention to detail, using premium materials:

Genuine Italian Leather: Leather is the centerpiece of our creations, selected for its superior quality, texture and durability.
Hypoallergenic Steel: The metal components used for the earring mounting systems and other accessories (where applicable) are made of hypoallergenic surgical steel (stainless steel) , minimizing the risk of irritation.

2. Warranty Conditions (2 Years)

All HAIART products benefit from a legal 2-year conformity guarantee from the date of purchase, in accordance with Romanian legislation in force (Law no. 449/2003 and OG no. 21/1992, republished).

Warranty Application:

Proof of Purchase: The warranty is granted exclusively on the basis of the Tax Invoice or Purchase Receipt issued by RAI CONCEPT DESIGN SRL . Please keep this document (you can also find it in your customer account).
Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects or hidden defects identified under normal conditions of use and maintenance.
Warranty Exclusion: The warranty becomes void if defects result from failure to follow the care instructions mentioned in Section 3.

3. Care and Maintenance Instructions (Mandatory)

Genuine leather jewelry requires special care. Failure to follow the care instructions below will void the warranty:

Contact with Liquids	Clean the skin exclusively by dry wiping.	DO NOT use products in the rain, by the pool or in the shower. Avoid complete saturation of the skin.
Contact with Substances	Store the jewelry in its original box.	DO NOT allow direct and frequent contact with perfumes, hairspray, creams or foundation. Apply these products before wearing the jewelry.
Cleaning	Wipe the leather surface only with a soft, dry cloth .	DO NOT use harsh chemical detergents, alcohol, or regular metal cleaning solutions on the leather surface.
Wear	Leather should be cleaned, as needed, with dedicated professional products specific to natural leather.	Avoid excessive stretching or deformation of the skin and metal fastening systems.
